2 Oceans Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd – is now part of GOODS PROPERTY SERVICES – specialises in residential plumbing, servicing Perth WA and is based in the northern suburbs.
The company name pays homage to director and sole plumber Ryan Booth’s South West roots – a magical place where two oceans literally meet. This is where the idea for 2 Oceans Plumbing & Gas was born in 2016. Your local Wanneroo Plumber in Western Australia.

We will report and recommend looking for where the leak is. - Visually check all flexi hoses throughout the property
- Check all tapware for leaks
- Check toilets for leaks
- Check water temperature to hot water systems to ensure it is compliant
Free estimates are provided for work that would be more involved than a service call.

Ryan Booth – Our Backbone
Ryan is well known for his meticulous work and pride he takes in each and every job. With 10 years’ experience in the plumbing trade under his belt you can be sure he measures up to a high standard of work ethic. Doing things the right way, measuring twice and cutting once – Ryan never cuts a corner and is certainly never backwards in going forwards!
In his down time, his twin toddler boys do their best to keep up with their outdoorsy dad. Fishing, camping, kayaking, hunting and kicking a footy – he has more hobbies than time to do them in.
Our Tradies
Brendan Carr joined us in 2018 and has been an invaluable member of the team since. Active in the community football team and a gun problem solver we are happy to have him on board.
Troy Broadhead came to us in 2019 and we constantly receive positive feedback on his work. A young dad and popular with our clients we are fortunate to have him on our team.
